Prerequisites
Base Attack Bonus: +4
Feats: Improved Unarmed Strike, Exotic Weapon Proficiency, Medium Armour Proficiency
Special: Must be selected for training at the arena
Class Skills: The Gladiator class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Balance (Dex), Bluff (Cha), Craft (Int), Intimidate (Cha), Jump (Str), Perform (Cha), Sense Motive (Wis), Tumble (Dex)
Hit Die: d12.
Skill points at each level: 4+ Int modifier
Weapon and Armour Proficiency: Gladiators gain no new weapon or armour proficiency’s.

Mercy: at 1st level, the Gladiator suffers no penalty to attack rolls when attacking with a weapon to inflict nonlethal damage.
Gladiator Feat: A Gladiator may select any feat from the fighter list. The feats listed below may also be selected however the ones on this list below may be selected even if the character does not meet the requirement for the feat. Gladiator Feat List are as followed:

- Improved Grapple
- Combat Focus
- Taunt
- Improved Trip
- Improved Disarm
- Diehard
- Combat Reflexes
- Spring Attack
- Weapon Specialization
- Greater Cleave
- Deflect Arrows
- Mobility
- Improved Bull Rush
- Improved Overrun
Defensive Stance: the Gladiator receives the Combat Expertise feat for free even if he does not meet the requirements for it.
Arena Guile: Starting at 1st level, the Gladiator adds +1 per level of gladiator as a bonus to all Bluff and Sense Motive checks that relate directly to melee combat.
Uncanny Dodge: At 2nd level, a Gladiator retains his dexterity bonus to AC (if any) even if he is caught flat-footed or struck by an invisible attacker. However, he still loses his dexterity bonus to AC if immobilized. If a Gladiator already has uncanny dodge from a different class, he automatically gains improved uncanny dodge instead. At 4th level the gladiator gains the Improved Uncanny Dodge Ability, if the character already has this ability then they gain a +1 dodge bonus to AC that stacks with other dodge bonuses.
Exotic Weapon: the Gladiator receives a free Exotic Weapon feat at 2nd level and 4th level. Armour Optimization: at 3rd level the Gladiator chooses one type of armour he is already proficient with. When wearing that armour type his armour check penalty is reduced by two and maximum dexterity bonus is increased by one.
No Mercy: at 5nd level, the Gladiator can perform a coup de grace as a standard action rather than as a full-round action.
Combatant's Fury: at 5th level, the Gladiator can perform a whirlwind attack combat action even if he does not meet the prerequisites for such a feat.
