A beautifully penned piece of parchment could be found attached to many different bulletins on both sides of the river. Gold and red ink scrawled in beautiful looping letters informs the populace.

Hello good people of the twin cities. I am mercy, A translator for hire. I offer my services to schools, nobles, and commoners alike. I am well versed in all common languages and can teach or translate for anyone. I can also teach reading, and writing of any or all languages.
