Assassins, demons, and a burning road house.

Last night at the roadhouse, Frue hekili and her friends were trying to have a nice conversation, when suddenly, some random stranger to Hekili started prattling on about basically beating her friends into a pulp, and succeeded in baiting the woman, whether intentional or not. So like she usually does when her friends are in danger, or have been hurt. The woman attacked the random assassin, only to be shot at by his lover or wife? Still she kept fighting, until Isannah! Yes the little mage brat that doesn't know how to listen, tried to help, and only managed in summoning a demon, and throwing the room into darkness.
However Hekili wasn't satisifed, she wanted to kill the woman who had shot at her sister in law, so in the darkness she stabbed, and found flesh, before offering the pair of random assassins to escape. After which she was sure the Assassins left.
In the darkness, Frue Hekili, Bren, Johan Schmidt, and the others fought the demonic beast (Sorry can't remember who all was there). Hekili was almost ripped asunder, but managed to heal herself, then Johan fell, but she was quick to get him up. Soon a miss placed lobbed lantern thrown through the window exploded on to the floor, catching the place on fire. Luckily, all the civiilians and children were rescued from the inferno, however...Hekili and Johan remained, trying to finish off the demon.
Sure enough, the rage of the northern woman kept her alive after Johan was smart enough to flee...two last attacks and the halskan princess dropped, the beast falling on her before turning into black ooze. No one knew if she lived or not, judging by appearances she was dead. However that did not stop Ehud and Johan from running back in, and johan successfully drawing her away from the building. Ehud however was not as lucky, the poor man fell under the pain of burning flesh. However a strange figure, dark and unknown lifted Ehud on to his shoulder, and brought the man to safety.
After the adventurers got out, the damage to the road house, Kat's only remaining asset was seen first hand, fire having torn through some of the wood. Hekili and Isannah were taken to the grand house and placed under house arrest, who can even say if the halskan princess survived? What of the assassins, will they be back for blood next time, and who was the mysterious man?
