- Currently, we use the 28-Point Buy System.
- Every starting player gets one Level 3 Starting Character.
- You will need to go to the Account Creation Page to make an account first. After activating your account, you can create a character.
- Characters requiring a background will need to be approved first by the DM Team. You can submit your backgrounds to any DM through Forum Private Message so that we can post it to our private boards. Characters that will need a Background for approval are as followed:
- All nobles are required to take 1 NPC Level of Aristocrat as their 1st Level.
- When creating a Human, keep in mind the different sub-races we offer within the setting. To view these, click this link. (Also, there is no Oriental Influence).
- For character creation the following books are approved:
- Characters begin play with 50% of their Maximum GP for their Class. PC's are allowed to keep the money they save in creation, but gain no Starting Gold Bonus.
- For more approved material, view these Base Rules.
- There is no Common Tongue for languages - the languages of the cities are different... For Doltanbran, it is Dolgan. For Terias it is Asturian. Because of this, a character must either chose one or the other, or both. Also, characters start off being illiterate (unless they are one of the following: Aristocrat; Bard; Beguiler; Cleric; Monk; Wizard). You may opt to become Literate by gaining 1 rank in Speak Language (to Literacy). For more about languages, see the PDF file attached to this post.
