The Laws Document is being revised at the moment - just some slight touches to make certain criminal punishments more realistic. Once it's completed, it will be submitted here.
Until it's revised, DM's will be running off the document that existed on the DM Groups - which carries stiff penalties for anyone that does not follow the law.
