The half-elf paragon is identical to the class listed in the Unearthed Arcana. There are no special options for half-elf paragons. The following special rules hold for half-elf paragons:
• This class may only be taken by half-elves.
• This class allows a half-elf to take levels in elf paragon OR in human paragon, but not both.
• Levels in Half-Elf Paragon do not cause multi-classing xp penalties
