The wizard is identical to the class listed in the Players Handbook.
The Domain Wizards, Animal Companion Wizard and Bonus Fighter Feat wizard from Unearthed Arcana are not available. However, Wizards are allowed to use the following special options:
• Immediate Magic (PHB2, p.68) *
For the Immediate Magic special option, the following additional special rules apply:
The "Abrupt Jaunt" ability for Wizards specialized in Conjuration no longer permits the user to teleport 10'. Instead, this ability now allows the user to activate a displacement effect (50%). It lasts the same amount of time as previously (Till the end of your turn, or the start of your next). Wizards specialized in Necromancy no longer receive the "Cursed Glance" ability. Instead, any time they are attacked by a ranged action, 25% of the damage is transferred to the enemy, and an additional 25% is negated as the sapping of your enemies life energy rejuvenates you (in plain terms: 1/2 of the damage (rounded down) is taken by the target. 25% of the damage is taken by the attacker. This ability may only be used if your target is within 60'). You must be the -target- of the spell or attack for this to work, the ability may not be an Area effect that you took damage from, and the ability may only be used on one attack per round.
Finally, Immediate actions may not be taken in response to an enemies post or roll of damage - instead, you must declare you wish to take the immediate action at the start of your opponents turn. While we will enforce that the declaration of the immediate action use must be before or at the beginning of the enemies initiative, you should logically be able to declare you wish to use it at the end of your turn.
Starting Gold: 60 Crowns
