I've been combing the site and haven't been able to find our variant assassin prc anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Modified Assassin Version This modified version of the assassin has no spellcasting ability. It overwrites and supercedes the version from the Dungeon Master Guide.
Prerequisites
Alignment: Any non-good.
Skills: Disguise 4 ranks, Hide 8 ranks and Move Silently 8 ranks.
Special: The character must kill someone for no other reason than to join the assassins.
Class Skills: The assassin’s class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Balance (Dex), Bluff (Cha), Climb (Str), Craft (Int), Decipher Script (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Disable Device (Int), Disguise (Cha), Escape Artist (Dex), Forgery (Int), Gather Information (Cha), Hide (Dex), Intimidate (Cha), Jump (Str), Listen (Wis), Move Silently (Dex), Open Lock (Dex), Search (Int), Sense Motive (Wis), Sleight of Hand (Dex), Spot (Wis), Swim (Str), Tumble (Dex), Use Magic Device (Cha), and Use Rope (Dex).
Skill Points at Each Level: 6+ Int Modifier
Hit Die: d6
Weapon and Armour Proficiency: Assassins are proficient with the crossbow (hand, light, or heavy), dagger (any type), dart, rapier, sap, shortbow (normal and composite), and shortsword. Assassins are proficient with light armor but not with shields.
Table: The Assassin Level BAB Fort. Refl. Will Special 1 +0 +0 +2 +0 Sneak Attack +1d6, Death Attack, Poison Use 2 +1 +0 +3 +0 Poison Mastery +1, Uncanny Dodge 3 +2 +1 +3 +1 Sneak Attack +2d6, Sudden Attack +1 4 +3 +1 +4 +1 Poison Mastery +2, Inconspicuous 5 +3 +1 +4 +1 Sneak Attack +3d6, Improved Uncanny Dodge 6 +4 +2 +5 +2 Poison Mastery +3, Sudden Attack +2 7 +5 +2 +5 +2 Sneak Attack +4d6, Sniping 8 +6 +2 +6 +2 Poison Mastery +4, Hide in Plain Sight 9 +6 +3 +6 +3 Sneak Attack +5d6, Sudden Attack +3 10 +7 +3 +7 +3 Poison Mastery +5, Weakening Strike
Sneak Attack (Ex): This is exactly like the rogue ability of the same name. The extra damage dealt increases by +1d6 every other level (1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th). If an assassin gets a sneak attack bonus from another source the bonuses on damage stack.
Poison Use (Ex): Assassins are trained in the use of poison and never risk accidentally poisoning themselves when applying poison to a blade.
Death Attack (Ex): If an assassin studies his victim for 3 rounds and then makes a sneak attack with a melee weapon that successfully deals damage, the sneak attack has the additional effect of possibly either paralyzing or killing the target (assassin’s choice). While studying the victim, the assassin can undertake other actions so long as his attention stays focused on the target and the target does not detect the assassin or recognize the assassin as an enemy. If the victim of such an attack fails a Fortitude save (DC 10 + the assassin’s class level + the assassin’s Int modifier) against the kill effect, she dies. If the saving throw fails against the paralysis effect, the victim is rendered helpless and unable to act for 1d6 rounds plus 1 round per level of the assassin. If the victim’s saving throw succeeds, the attack is just a normal sneak attack. Once the assassin has completed the 3 rounds of study, he must make the death attack within the next 3 rounds. If a death attack is attempted and fails (the victim makes her save) or if the assassin does not launch the attack within 3 rounds of completing the study, 3 new rounds of study are required before he can attempt another death attack.
Poison Mastery: The assassin gains this bonus on rolls to save vs poison or craft poisons. At 5th and 10th Level the Assassin gains an additional +1 to the DC of all poisons.
Uncanny Dodge: At 2nd level, the assassin gains the Uncanny Dodge ability, identical to the rogue power of the same name.
Sudden Attack: An assassin with this ability is even more opportunistic than a rogue, using an enemy's inability to defend himself to its full potential. When the assassin flanks his opponent, or strikes an opponent who is denied his dexterity bonus to ac, he may add the indicated modifier to his critical threat range, and multiplier, as well as the DC of any poisons on the weapon. An assassin may only use this ability if he is armed with a finesseable weapon, or a ranged weapon from the assassin's proficiency list. Note - The threat range modifier does not stack with any other crit range increase. [Including Keen, Improved Critical, etc.]
Inconspicuous: The assassin gains a +2 expertise bonus on the following skills: hide, move silently, diplomacy, bluff, disguise, sense motive. The assassin may take 10 on these skill checks even when distracted or threatened.
Improved Uncanny Dodge: At 5th level, the assassin gains the Uncanny Dodge ability, identical to the rogue power of the same name.
Sniping: An assassin with this ability may take a move action to aim his attack at an opponent who cannot effectively defend himself, or who is unaware of the Assassin. The next ranged attack made after the aim is capable of sneak attacking a foe farther than 30feet away, as long as the foe is within 1 range increment, and is a viable target for sneak attack(IE must be flatfooted). If the assassin does not take his ranged sneak attack within 1 round, he must take another move action to reset his aim Hide in Plain Sight (Su): At 8th level, an assassin can use the Hide skill even while being observed. As long as he is within 10 feet of some sort of shadow, an assassin can hide himself from view in the open without having anything to actually hide behind. He cannot, however, hide in his own shadow.Weakening Strike: When an assassin with this ability Scores a critical hit against an opponent who is denied his dexterity bonus to armor class, or whom he is flanking, in addition to normal damage the assassin deals 1d4 strength damage. Anytime the Assassin uses their death attack ability and successfully scores a hit, they may apply the same d4 strength damage. Scoring a critical hit on a death attack does not multiply this strength damage.
